Training

Training is going pretty well. We are running 3 times a week after school and slowly increasing our distances. Our plan is to run the first few miles, then walk the rest, with a few miles of running thrown in for fun :) If we can run 6 miles of the 26 we will be happy. We have got a 17 mile walk (for St Davids Foundation) coming up this Sunday, which should be a good training walk for us.
